I have been exploring what Business Social Networking is. And how can we get it to work for us? I conclude Facebook and Twitter are sites on which to connect with friends and colleagues and to network with new people - its like going to a party. Log on and you are at the party. At parties we talk about our family, our friends and what our listeners would like to hear about.
When I return from holiday I talk about the beauty of the accommodation, the great service, the lovely weather, the wonderful things I did and what I saw. Then they mention it to others - their friends and colleagues - you know you should visit Irish Cottages, etc. etc.! So we shouldn't dominate the conversation but mention the highlights and then listen to the feedback.

We stayed in Shamrock Cottage which was absolutely magnificent in every way, the location, views and qualifty of the accommodation is very worthy of its 5 star rating and every little detail has been noted so that it really is home from home. Margaret was wonderful and made us not only feel very welcome (thanks for the lovely hamper and homemade scones) but ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay. We have stayed in many cottages throughout Britain and Ireland but this was by far one of the best we have ever experienced. The Breaks:
- a break for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 sharing a cottage. Additional people and nights can be booked at our regular rates at the time of the visit
- a 3-bed luxury five star cottage in the private park Portagaria Wood on the shores of Lough Erne, Fermanagh enjoying all the amenities of a fine home
